Terms of Service

By creating a Bingecraft account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Bingecraft is a TV companion app for tracking what you watch, seeing when new episodes air, discussing shows without spoilers (future), and getting AI recommendations (future). The service is provided as-is and we may update features over time.

• You must be at least 13 (16 in some EU member states) to create an account.
• You're responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your sign-in credentials safe.
• You can delete your account any time from Settings → Account.

You agree not to:

• Use the app to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Post spoilers outside the intended scope (future discussion features enforce scope — don't try to evade it).
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute TMDB content from Bingecraft.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without coordinated disclosure.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Violate applicable laws while using the service.

Episode notes, theories, drop reasons, and other content you post remain yours. You grant Bingecraft a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your content for the purpose of operating the service. You're responsible for what you post; we may remove content that violates these Terms.

Show metadata, posters, and watch-provider logos are supplied by TMDB. We use this data under TMDB's API terms. Bingecraft is not endorsed or certified by TMDB, the streaming providers, or the studios behind any tracked show.

We may add, change, or remove features. If we discontinue something significant, we'll give reasonable notice in-app.

You may stop using Bingecraft and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, after reasonable notice except in cases of serious abuse.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flaresoft Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to your local forum.

We'll update the effective date at the top of this page when we change these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll surface it in-app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
